He arrives for his Budapest workshop wearing a vest full of patches in the shapes of skulls and marijuana leaves. “My students gave it to me. I mean, the vest got torn and they fixed the holes with patches”. Dimitrij Fedotov visited Budapest’s Dollhouse Pest studio to amaze audiences with his nearly inimitable tricks.

September 24-25, IPSAF’s (International Pole Sport and Artistic Federation) event for training judges took place in Budapest. What is a course like this about? Where is pole sport headed? Is it entertainment or strict athletics? We picked these questions to pieces with Tamás Katus, the new judge of IPSAF, former chairman of the Hungarian Aerobics Federation.

She's not that ballerina-type poledancer, nor a pole sport athlete. Never mind, she's simply mindblowing. At IPC 2015 she won the Art category with her Sherlock Holmes routine on the pole, recently she's performed Alice - and drove everyone crazy. She was a cheerleader, babysitter and promising law student who is now an aspiring pole dancing talent aiming for the top and spares no time, energy or body, as she is a perfectionist. She is the ever-smiling, super energetic Anna-Maija Nyman. 

She can do anything on the pole but is scared to drive. She started out as a mountain bike trainer and she got to pole dancing through wall climbing. Then she went from lamp posts through YouTube videos and arrived at sexy. And it works for her. We talked to Yvonne during the break of the International Pole Art Festival.
